200g pork
1 carrot
50g winter bamboo shoots
20G black fungus
5g salt
5g ginger
5g garlic
5g cooking wine
5 g starch
3 chopped peppers
1 bag of fish flavored shredded pork seasoning

Step 1
Wash carrots, pickled black fungus and winter bamboo shoots in advance and cut them into shreds. Cut pork into shreds and mix with salt, cooking wine, ginger, garlic and starch. Marinate them for half an hour. Put fish flavored shredded pork seasoning into a pot and add water to make sauce for later use

Step 2
