I learned a formula of fish flavored juice from the chef. It is said that it can make any fish coriander, so I tried eggplant first. It really tastes good.


1 eggplant
2 ~ 3 green peppers
1 small carrot
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons cooking wine
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar

2 slices of ginger

Wash and cut eggplant into strips.

Put oil in the pot, saute onion and ginger, fry carrots and green peppers for a while.

Add the fried eggplant, add the fish flavor juice (2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of starch and double water), and stir fry until cooked.
