Ingredients

An eggplant
Two (peeled) tomatoes
Four cloved garlic
An egg
A spoonful and a half of salt
A little chicken essence
A little thirteen incense
A little monosodium glutamate
Proper flour

Directions

Step 1
Fry until golden

Step 2
Peel tomatoes and boil them thick

Step 3
Add eggplant and stir fry

Step 4
Out of the pot
