Yu-Shiang Chicken Slices

350g chicken breast6G black fungus
30g oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
A little pickled pepper
A little shallot
5g ginger powder
10g minced garlic
1 tbsp cornmeal
2 g salt
1 tbsp fresh soy sauce

Wash chicken breast and drain

Prepare seasoning (mix 3 tbsp raw soy sauce, 1 tbsp old soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl)

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, add rice wine, salt and fresh soy sauce, mix well, stand for 1 hour, soak black fungus and wash

Pour oil into the pot

Add chicken slices with warm oil, oil until all are discolored, and remove

Leave the bottom oil and put in the pickled pepper. The minced ginger and garlic will burst out

Pour in black fungus and stir fry until fragrant
