In the face of such a fermented tofu, you have no reason to refuse. If you cook this Hakka fermented tofu for your family, make sure they eat three more bowls of rice! Tofu is more nutritious because of the addition of minced meat and mushrooms~

2 pieces of tofu
8g pork stuffing
5g dried mushrooms
A little scallion
A little garlic
A little red pepper

Step 1
Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water, then beat them into powder with a cooking machine, add them into the mashed meat, put in the soy sauce and salt, and mix well~

Step 2
Slice the garlic, chop the green onion, dice the red pepper, and cut the tofu into cubes again, as shown in the picture~

Step 3
Use a knife to dig out the tofu in the middle (this must be patient, first dig a little bit, then use a knife to slowly dig out the tofu beside, so as to form a tofu box)~

Step 4
Fill in the stuffing and press it down slightly by hand to prevent the stuffing from spreading~

Step 5
Heat the pan with less oil, turn the heat down, and fry the side of the meat stuffing in the pan until set~

Step 6
Turn over and fry until the bottom is slightly yellow, then clip out one by one and put into the sand pot~

Step 7
Stir fry garlic and scallions in another pot, add some water, a little Daxi spicy barbecue sauce, sugar and salt, and bring to a boil (oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar are the same)~

Step 8
Pour into a casserole and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, drizzle with water, starch and sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped chives and red peppers. Red peppers and medlar are used as ornaments, so don't need too much~
