Hakka bean curd is a classic dish in Hakka cuisine. Every family will make it during the new year.

Ingredients

Proper amount of tofu
Right amount of pork
1 teaspoon salt
A little chicken essence
2 teaspoons soy sauce
A little starch
Appropriate amount of water
6 mushrooms
2 cuttlefish (dry)

Directions

Step 1
Cut tofu into pieces as shown in the picture. Soak cuttlefish with mushrooms and chop them with pork. Put some chicken essence, soy sauce, salt, stir well.

Step 2
Squeeze the meat into the tofu.

Step 3
The tofu is fried golden.

Step 4
Add proper amount of water, less than tofu line. Transfer to casserole and cook for 10 minutes. You can put some coriander and chives as you like. You can eat it.
