100g pork (back elbow)
3 red onions
2 pieces of South tofu
15g salted fish
3 g salt
Proper oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 shallot
A little chicken powder

Wash and drain the pork and cut into small pieces
