Hakka fermented bean curd is a very classic Hakka. The stuffing is brewed into bean curd with minced meat. It is first fried until golden and then stewed in the pot. It tastes rich and tastes tender inside and scorched outside~


1 piece of tofu
200g minced meat
A little pepper
A little sugar
A little chicken powder
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
A little sesame oil
2 slices of ginger
A little olive oil
A little sesame

Prepare a piece of old tofu

Cut tofu into pieces and dig into hemispheres in the middle

Add minced pork, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder and pepper. Stir well

Put the minced pork into the tofu hole

Then put olive oil in a pan and fry tofu

Fry until golden on both sides

In a bowl, add warm water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, chicken powder and sesame. Stir well to make sauce

Add the sauce to the fried tofu, simmer for 10 minutes, thicken with corn starch, and then out of the pot
