Yellow croaker soup with sauerkraut

Ingredients

Yellow croaker
Sauerkraut
salt
Chicken essence
Cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Cut the yellow croaker and wash it. Cut the sides of the fish into pieces.

Step 2
Heat the oil pan and fry the yellow croaker until golden on both sides.

Step 3
