Vinegar soaked peanuts can promote bone development, prevent cardiovascular diseases and delay aging. It is a good appetizer.

Ingredients

A bowl of peanuts
1 dry red pepper
3 slices of ginger
30ml aged vinegar
10ml soy sauce
3 G crushed rock sugar

Directions

Step 1
Find a bowl with vinegar soaked peanuts and fill a bowl with peanuts

Step 2
Rinse clean.

Step 3
Boil water in a pot and peanuts

Step 4
Add salt and ginger and bring to a boil

Step 5
Turn to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the cooked peanuts into a bowl, cut the dry red pepper into circles and put them into the peanuts.

Prepare the vinegar

Add aged vinegar

Step 9
Add soy sauce

Step 10
Mix well

Step 11
Put crushed rock sugar, cover with plastic wrap and soak overnight.

Step 12
Peel off the plastic wrap in the morning.
