Fried cabbage with vinegar is a famous dish of Han nationality, belonging to Shandong cuisine. It tastes silvery red, sour, sweet and spicy.


450 g cabbage
Proper amount of oil
Moderate salt
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 peppers
Two cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of soy sauce


Step 1
Slice the cabbage into thin slices and cut the leaves into segments.

Mince garlic and circle pepper.

In a bowl, pour vinegar, soy sauce, salt and sugar into the sauce.

Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, add the pepper and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir fry.
