These days, I always bring cold zucchini, cold cucumber and cold baby food. When preparing tomorrow’s lunch tonight, I saw broccoli, organic cauliflower and agaric, so I came together to fry this vegetarian three delicacies. Nutritional value of cauliflower: cauliflower is rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, food fiber, vitamins and minerals. Among them, the content of vitamin C cauliflower is high. It contains vitamin cp85-100mg per 100g, which is 4 times higher than that of Chinese cabbage. The content of carotene is 8 times that of Chinese cabbage, and the content of vitamin B2 is 2 times that of Chinese cabbage. The nutrition and function of white and green cauliflower are basically the same, and the content of carotene in green cauliflower is higher than that in white cauliflower. Cauliflower meat is tender, sweet and delicious. It is easy to digest and absorb after eating. Ancient Westerners found that often eating cauliflower had the effects of refreshing the throat, opening the voice, moistening the lungs and relieving cough.
