I can’t eat too spicy and like rich ingredients, so I made such a southern version of double cooked pork

Ingredients

250g streaky pork
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon bean paste
30ml cooking wine
1 red pepper
Half an onion
Half a carrot
6-7 slices of ginger
3-5g pepper
3-5 dry red peppers
1 small scallion
1 tablespoon half raw

Directions

Step 1
Slice green pepper, red pepper, carrot, onion and ginger, cut green onion and dry red pepper into small sections, and set aside pepper

Step 2
Wash and slice streaky pork

Step 3
Heat the pot, pour oil, stir fry pork in the pot, add seasoning wine and half a spoonful of soy sauce, fry well and put it on a plate for standby

Step 4
Add a little more oil in the pot, add pepper, dry red pepper, green onion, ginger and onion and stir fry until fragrant

Step 5
Add green and red peppers and carrots, continue to stir fry, add a little cooking wine and stir well

Step 6
Put the fried meat back into the pot and stir fry with the ingredients. Add a spoonful of bean paste and a spoonful of raw soy sauce (salt can also be used instead of soy sauce). Stir fry evenly to get out of the pot.
