200g pork
1 round pepper
2 red peppers
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 slices of ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
Half a teaspoon salt
5 garlic


Step 1
Wash the pork, put it into the pot, add water to the meat, add ginger slices, cooking wine, vinegar and cook well
