Double cooked pork – an ordinary and extraordinary home dish.
800 grams of streaky pork
500g green pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 teaspoon refined salt
1 tbsp soy sauce

5 pieces of garlic
1 piece of ginger
2 garlic sprouts
Step 1Wash the green pepper and cut it into pieces, cut the garlic seedling into small sections, cut the garlic into slices, and cut the ginger into shreds, and put them in separate containers.
Step 2Wash the pork and cut it into three pieces. Cook it in water. It's better to put chopsticks into the meat with a little force (personal preference). Remove and drain the water, cool and cut into thin and uniform blocks for use.
Step 3Heat up the pan, add proper amount of cooking oil, add pepper, chopped ginger and garlic, pour in pork and stir fry. Add garlic sprouts, salt seasoning, add soy sauce color, stir fry well after the pot（ Stir frying time depends on personal preference and fat to lean ratio)
Step 4Then heat the remaining oil of the above steps, add green pepper for frying, and add salt for seasoning. Until green pepper appears white skin is appropriate
Step 5Then the above steps will fry the meat back to the pot and stir fry with green pepper. Two minutes later, the pan was set.
