Traditional Fujian litchi meat
Litchi meat is a famous traditional dish in Fuzhou, which has a history of two or three hundred years. It is named for its color, shape and taste like litchi. The preparation method is to put a cross knife on the lean pig and cut it into oblique pieces. Due to the uniform depth and width of the pot, it is rolled into a litchi shape after frying, supplemented with ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and other spices.
