When I was a child, I always drank loofah egg soup made by my mother at home. Now I leave my mother and occasionally relive my mother’s taste by myself. My daughter likes drinking now!


1 towel gourd
1 egg
1 tbsp edible oil
3 g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable is easy to freshen
A few drops of sesame oil
1 section onion
1 ginger
2 tbsp water starch


Step 1
Prepare a towel gourd (I use half a towel gourd here), an egg, ginger and scallion.

Step 2
Cut towel gourd into small pieces, beat eggs, cut scallion into scallion and ginger.

Fire, put some oil in the pot.

Step 4
Fry the eggs into yellow on both sides and pour in an appropriate amount of water

Boil the water and add ginger slices

Then add towel gourd
