Tomato bean sprout egg soup
Tomato is a necessary vegetable for home use and has high nutritional value. Yellow bean sprouts are my favorite in hot pot. This is my first attempt to cook tomatoes and yellow bean sprouts together. It tastes good.
Ingredients
1 tomato2 eggs
200g soybean sprouts
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1
Cut tomatoes into pieces (or dice), beat garlic into pieces and cut into small pieces

Wash bean sprouts with clean water and set aside
Step 3
Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil after the pot is hot

Heat the oil and add minced garlic
Step 5
Stir fry the tomatoes until the tomato juice comes out

Pour in bean sprouts and tomatoes and stir fry for a while

Pour in water, cover the pot and cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the bean sprouts are cooked
