Tomato and Egg Soup
My husband loves the tomato and egg Soup I made. He can’t get tired of it. If he wants to catch a man’s heart, he must first catch his stomach. It’s not unreasonable.
Ingredients
2 tomatoes1 egg
5g peanut oil
3 g salt
5g chicken essence
Directions
Step 1
First cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Add oil to the pot and stir fry until the tomatoes turn into mud.
Step 3
Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add salt, add an egg, stir it as loose as possible, then add chicken essence and coriander, turn off the fire and take it out.
