Tomato and Egg Soup
This Soup is almost a household name, but it should be both delicious and good-looking. It still needs some thought!
Ingredients
1 tomato2 eggs
5g salad oil
8 g salt
1g pepper
10g scallion
Proper amount of water
Directions
Step 1
Wash two fresh tomatoes (the big one) and set aside.
Step 2
Cut tomatoes into 5-8mm slices.
Step 3
Beat the eggs into a small bowl and stir well.
Step 4
Cut scallions into scallions.
Step 5
Heat the frying pan with oil and stir in scallions until fragrant.
Step 6
Add an appropriate amount of water (enough for a Soup basin).
Step 7
Add tomato slices and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Lower the heat and slowly pour in the egg liquid. Change the fire to boil. Mix in salt and pepper. Turn off the fire.
Step 9
Drop 2 drops of sesame oil into the Soup basin, put in egg Soup and sprinkle with scallion.
