This soup is almost a household name, but it should be both delicious and good-looking. It still needs some thought!


1 tomato
2 eggs
5g salad oil
8 g salt
1g pepper
10g scallion
Proper amount of water


Step 1
Wash two fresh tomatoes (the big one) and set aside.

Cut tomatoes into 5-8mm slices.

Beat the eggs into a small bowl and stir well.

Cut scallions into scallions.
