Finally have a holiday! I bought Tomahawk steak from Gourmet Jie a few days ago. I’m only free to cook it today.

Ingredients

1 Tomahawk steak
1 bag of sea salt with black pepper (for steak)
1 bag of black pepper sweet juice (for steak)
Appropriate amount of Rosemary

Prepare the ingredients.

The steak is thawed out in advance without washing. Dry the water with a paper towel.

Add some olive oil and massage.
