Tofu in mushroom soup

Ingredients

50g gross tofu
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Proper amount of tea tree mushroom
Moderate sausage
Appropriate amount of mushroom
Appropriate amount of coriander
Proper amount of pepper

Directions

Step 1
Boil mushroom soup with tea tree mushroom, mushroom and chicken bone. Don't add any seasoning to the soup.

Step 2
Dig irregular pieces of tender tofu with a spoon for standby.

Step 3
Cut mushrooms and ham sausage and set aside.

Step 4
Slice winter bamboo shoots and cut parsley into sections for standby.

Step 5
Prepare an appropriate amount of chicken balls.

Step 6
In another pot, add an appropriate amount of cooked mushroom soup, add chicken balls, tofu pieces, winter bamboo shoots, ham sausage and mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 7
When the soup comes out of the pot, add chicken essence and sesame oil, sprinkle coriander and serve.
