Family is always troubled by the dry weather, it doesn’t matter, let this run dry appetizer and nutritious crucian carp soup to cure it.

Ingredients

1 Carassius auratus
1 piece of tofu
Moderate amount of vinegar
Three sections of scallion
Moderate salt
3 slices of ginger
Proper amount of cooking wine
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Pepper in moderation

Step 1
Prepare all the raw materials

Step 2
Open the crucian carp, remove viscera, scales and gills (finished by the fish owner), wash and dry it, marinate it with salt and cooking wine, and cut the tofu into 1cm thick pieces. Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil and fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides.

Step 3
Add scallion and ginger, add enough boiling water (about 4 bowls)

Step 4
Bring the water to a boil, add the tofu and cook over high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 5
The soup will turn white. Turn to medium heat for another 40 minutes. Add chicken essence, salt and pepper.
