125g low gluten flour
30g butter

55g Dutch dairy, cheese and milk
4G baking powder
30g raisin


Step 1
The butter melts at room temperature. Sift all the flour, sugar and butter into small pieces.

Step 2
Rub the butter and flour into a fine sand by hand. It's not clear. In a word, just rub the butter and mix it with the flour.
