Ingredients

125g low gluten flour
30g butter
Egg 10g
55g Dutch dairy, cheese and milk
4G baking powder
30g raisin

Directions

Step 1
The butter melts at room temperature. Sift all the flour, sugar and butter into small pieces.

Step 2
Rub the butter and flour into a fine sand by hand. It's not clear. In a word, just rub the butter and mix it with the flour.

Step 3
Add raisin, milk and mix well. Then wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4
After half an hour, roll the dough into a 1.5cm thick crust, make a mold, and brush the surface with egg yolk. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
