Tiramisu
Raw material: 250g mascarpone cheese. Accessories: 1 egg yolk, 75g finger biscuits. Seasoning: 60g fine granulated sugar, 120ml light cream, 50ml coffee wine (not used up), appropriate amount of cocoa powder and appropriate amount of powdered sugar (only for decoration). Method: 1. Cut the lemon. 2. Squeeze out the lemon juice by hand. 3. Pour 45 grams of cream into a bowl. 4. Add 5 grams of lemon juice. 5. Stir gently and the cream will become solid. 6. Add the solidified light cream to the cream cheese that has been softened with a blender and mix well. 7. Put the egg yolk and 60g fine sugar into a bowl. 8. Heat hot water in the pot, put the bowl containing egg yolk into the pot, heat it in water (do not boil), and keep stirring until the fine granulated sugar dissolves and the egg yolk turns white.
