Eat some meat in winter

Ingredients

750g rib
1g shallot
5 slices of ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon braised soy sauce
3 plums

Directions

Step 1
After the ribs are cut into small pieces, wash them with clean water and put them into the pot. Add enough water to completely submerge the ribs. Remove the blood foam after the water boils;

Add a tablespoon of braised soy sauce to the pot;

Add plum and ginger slices, cover the pot and cook over high heat;

Cook until the ribs come out of the water, change to medium heat, open the lid and continue to cook;

Add sugar when 1 / 3 of the water is received;

When there are many bubbles in the pot, start to stir fry;

Stir fry until the juice is about to close, turn off the fire;

The fried ribs soup is thick;
