Do you have no appetite to eat in summer? Let’s have a fish fillet with pickled cabbage for appetizer!

1 black fish
250 g pickled cabbage
1 egg white
Moderate salt
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 tsp dry starch
1 small piece of ginger
Appropriate amount of green onion
A little chicken essence

Step 1
The materials are ready

Step 2
Open the sauerkraut, soak the sauerkraut in water, clean the fish fillet and bone, and beat the egg white first

Step 3
Then put some flour down, and then put some salt, a spoonful of cooking wine

Step 4
Grasp the fillets by hand and marinate for about 10 minutes

Step 5
Put oil in a hot pan and saute ginger and scallion slices

Step 6
Squeeze the pickled sauerkraut into the water, then put it into the pot to fry, record, put it into the water to boil

Step 7
Bring to a boil, pour the fish bones down, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes

Step 8
Put a small spoon of salt in it. (if the pickled cabbage is not soaked, put less salt in it.)

Step 9
There are two small bags in the pickle bag, a bag of marinade and a bag of seasoning. I don't use the marinade. The seasoning is poured on the shovel instead of directly in the pot. It will form a ball

Step 10
Scoop dipped in a small amount of soup, stir slowly with chopsticks, and so there is no ball, you can put all the pot

Step 11
Put all the seasoning down, stir well, then use the colander to fish out all the fish bones

Step 12
It's OK to fish in a clean basin. It needs to be a little bigger. There are fish fillets and soup to put later

Step 13
Pour the fillets down slowly and stir them up with chopsticks. It's not easy to take photos when pouring. This is the photo taken when all the fillets are poured down

Step 14
Nice sliced fish, isn't it

Step 15
After the fish is boiled, it can be out of the pot. The fish is very thin and easy to cook

Step 16
Then take out the fish fillets with a colander and put them in the pickled fish bone basin

Step 17
Finally, pour down all the soup in the pot

Step 18
Sprinkle some sesame, onion, and finally pour some spicy oil
