Ingredients

500g tofu
100g mushroom
Proper shredded ginger
Proper amount of corn beef sauce
5g corn starch
Appropriate amount of edible oil
Proper amount of salt

Step 1
Cut tofu into pieces, not too big, because tofu itself is tasteless, too big and not easy to taste.

Wash the mushrooms and tear them into small pieces.

Appropriate amount of beef sauce. This is a little spicy. I put 2 tablespoons according to my spicy degree. It's a little spicy.

Cut a little shredded ginger, other ingredients can not be used, because the sauce has enough flavor.

Boil a pot of water, blanch mushrooms for one minute, then remove and drain the water. Because my mother doesn't like the taste of this mushroom, she blanched it in the water. If she doesn't mind, she can not blanch it.

Heat up the pot and pour in a little less oil than usual, about 30 or 40 ml, because there is oil in the sauce. First, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant. Then pour in the beef sauce and stir fry for one minute.
