Ingredients

1 Green Papaya
Right amount of Cowpea
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or fine granulated sugar)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 handful of peanuts
1 handful of shrimps
1 tomato
Appropriate amount of pepper
Appropriate amount of garlic

Directions

Step 1
A green papaya wipes silk.

Step 2
A handful of peanuts are fried and peeled, a lemon is squeezed, a handful of shrimps are washed with boiling water, drained, and a tomato is cut into pieces

Step 3
Throw everything into the mashing bowl and mash it until the papaya is soft and delicious.
