The method of three cups is 1 cup soy sauce + 1 cup rice wine + 1 cup oil. The actual dosage can also be adjusted according to my preferences. I will reduce the dosage of some oil every time. In addition, fresh basil is an indispensable and important spice.

6 chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
3 slices of ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 dried peppers
1 / 2 cup sesame oil
1 basil
1 cup of rice wine

Step 1
Wash the chicken wings, remove the hair and chop them into pieces

Step 2
Start the oil pan, add 1 / 2 cup of sesame oil, add ginger, garlic and dry pepper to explode until fragrant (I use a cup of about 200ml, or I can use ordinary oil to make it, and finally pour one or two spoonfuls of sesame oil)

Step 3
Add chicken wings and fry (I didn't put enough 1 cup of oil because chicken wings will produce oil)

Step 4
Fry chicken wings until they are yellowish on both sides, pour in a cup of rice wine and a cup of soy sauce, cover and simmer over low heat

Step 5
Thicken the soup, add a handful of fresh basil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
