Swiss chicken


Eight chicken wings
8 slices of ginger


Step 1
Wash the chicken wings.

Step 2
Let go of the water, scald it, remove the blood and drain it.

Put some oil in the pan and saute ginger slices.

Step 4
Pour in chicken wings and stir fry until yellowish.

Step 5
Pour in all the Swiss juices, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand for more than 30 minutes to make it tasty. Reheat when eating.
