Pig’s feet ginger, also known as egg, pig’s feet ginger vinegar or ginger vinegar, is a traditional famous dish of Han nationality in Guangdong. It is the most characteristic women’s tonic food and belongs to Guangdong cuisine.


1 pig's foot
750 g ginger
1350g Tianding sweet vinegar
10g cooking wine
