2 sweet potatoes
About 100g self sugar
About 250 ml of oil

Directions

Step 1
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into pieces

Step 2
Fry in oil until golden brown and bring to a boil over medium heat

Step 3
Turn on a low heat, pour a small amount of oil into another pot, pour in self sugar and boil it into syrup

Step 4
Turn on a small fire and fry the fried sweet potatoes in the syrup
