15g scallion
15g garlic
15g ginger
2 g salt
10g cooking wine
1 egg
20G raw meal
5g sugar
10g vinegar

Pork tenderloin rib removing and cross cutting knife

Sliced beef

Diced scallion, ginger and garlic

Cut meat with salt and cooking wine

Salted meat and batter

Step 6
First low temperature frying

Step 7
The second high temperature re fry until golden and crisp

Step 8
Cook sweet and sour sauce in a pot and spread it on the fried tenderloin
