Sweet and sour tenderloin can be described as a popular dish. It is the fastest eaten food on the table.
Ingredients
300g pork tenderloin2 tbsp Heinz ketchup
1 / 2 tbsp white vinegar
200 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp starch
A little sesame
Directions
Step 1
Cut the tenderloin into strips, pour in cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes
Step 2
Sprinkle in starch to coat the meat with starch
Step 3
Deep fry in the oil pan, remove the empty oil for a while, and then fry it twice until crisp.
Step 4
Leave the oil in the pan, add Heinz ketchup and white vinegar and stir fry
