The simple version of sweet and sour tenderloin uses tomato sauce instead of sweet and sour juice. It not only has beautiful color, but also tastes great. Because I don’t like the taste of vinegar, especially heated vinegar. Personally, I prefer sweet and sour juice made of tomato sauce ~ beautiful.
400g pork tenderloin
Half a bowl of ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cooking wine
Proper amount of cooked sesame
Appropriate amount of starch

Step 1Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2Cut the pork tenderloin into small finger sized tenderloin strips.
Step 3Add cooking wine, 2 tablespoons starch and green onions and marinate for 15 minutes

Step 5Heat the wok, put in a small half pot of edible oil, and burn it over medium high heat until 70% hot. Change to medium fire. Deep fry in oil pan until golden.

Step 8In the other pot, add tomato paste and white sugar. Boil until sugar is melted. Add in the pre adjusted starch juice (2 spoons of starch and add the right amount of water to the water starch) until thickened.
Step 9Pour in the fried tenderloin, stir fry a few times, and let the sauce cover the tenderloin.
Step 10Each tenderloin is wrapped in sauce and sprinkled with a little cooked sesame.
