About 400g hairy tofu
Proper amount of peanut oil

A spoonful of vinegar
A spoonful of starch
Two spoonfuls of Yuan Zhen sugar
Appropriate amount of water
Step 1Cut tofu into about 2cm cubes, blanch with hot water and drain.
Step 2Blanch the tofu into the pot, deep fry it into yellowish and take it out.
Step 3Leave a little oil in the pan, add lettuce slices and carrot slices, stir fry and remove.
Step 4Add oil into the pan, saute with onion, ginger and garlic, add diced tofu and stir fry.
Step 5Add the sauce (sugar, vinegar, salt, delicious, starch and water) and stir fried lettuce slices and carrot slices. Collect the juice and put it on a plate.
