Sweet and sour diced tofu


About 400g hairy tofu
Proper amount of peanut oil
Appropriate amount of salt
A spoonful of vinegar
A spoonful of starch
Two spoonfuls of Yuan Zhen sugar
Appropriate amount of water


Step 1
Cut tofu into about 2cm cubes, blanch with hot water and drain.

Step 2
Blanch the tofu into the pot, deep fry it into yellowish and take it out.

Add oil into the pan, saute with onion, ginger and garlic, add diced tofu and stir fry.
