Just a few simple ingredients can make super delicious Mapo Tofu.


500g tofu
A spoonful of Pixian bean paste
Four cloved garlic
30g peanut oil
Two grams of salt
Appropriate amount of Allium fistulosum
A bowl of water


Step 1
Cut tofu into your favorite size and set aside

Step 2
Cool the oil in a hot pan. Saute the garlic until fragrant.

Pixian bean paste, such a large spoon is about 40 grams

Pour in Pixian bean paste and stir fry the red oil.

Add tofu.
