I’ve eaten thousands of pages of tofu in a dry pot many times before. In fact, it feels a little like today’s one, except that the cooking utensils are different, but they all eat very much.
Proper amount of thousand page tofu
1 small piece of streaky pork
1 apricot Abalone Mushroom
Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic
Some spicy millet
Proper raw extract
A little old smoke
1 green pepper
Proper amount of sesame
Step 1Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and millet.
Step 2Sliced pork (frozen pork, so I cooked it and thawed it quickly)
Step 3Prepare thousand pages of tofu.
Step 4Sliced Pleurotus eryngii.
Step 5Put oil in the pot, add streaky pork and stir fry until slightly charred.
Step 6Add onion, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper, and saute until fragrant.
Step 7Stir fry Pleurotus eryngii for 30 seconds, add an appropriate amount of raw soy sauce, stir fry a little old soy sauce and color evenly.
Step 8Season xiaqianye tofu with a spoonful of salt, add a little sugar, stir fry for one minute, and simmer over low heat for two minutes.
Step 9Open the lid, sprinkle green pepper and stir fry until raw.
Step 10Then put it on a plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds and live properly.
