It’s a simple dish. It doesn’t take much time, but it has meat and vegetables. More meat and less meat, easy to lose weight.

Ingredients

500g wax gourd
5 ~ 6 mushrooms (dry)
50g leek
30g shrimp
1 / 3 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 / 2 chicken powder
Proper amount of oil
Two cloves of garlic

Directions

Step 1
Wash leeks and cut into sections; Cut the soaked mushrooms into strips; Cut the garlic into pieces

Step 2
Wash the wax gourd, peel and cut it into pieces, put it in the microwave oven for 5 minutes, remove the excess water and set aside

Step 3
Heat the pan, add chopped garlic and shrimps and saute until fragrant

Step 4
Then add mushrooms, salt and oyster sauce and stir fry until well done

Step 5
Stir fry white gourd and leek sections evenly

Step 6
Stir fry until the leeks are just cut off, then out of the pot
