200g prawns
3 G scallion
3 ml edible oil
2G cooking wine
1g salt
3 G Pixian bean paste
3 G oyster sauce
2 grams of raw extract


Step 1
Prepare ginger slices and garlic slices

Step 2
Pour 3ml of edible oil, add ginger and garlic slices, and saute over high heat

Step 3
Add 200g prawns and stir fry until golden on both sides

Step 4
Add 2G cooking wine, 3G Pixian bean paste, 3G oyster sauce, 2G raw soy sauce and 1g salt
