6 green peppers
500g pork
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon pepper
2 scallions
1 ginger and garlic for each
Proper amount of oil


Step 1
Slice the meat, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, and shreds.

Step 2
Add oil in the pot, stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat, stir fry it, add a spoonful of pepper, a spoonful of cooking wine, three spoonfuls of soy sauce and a spoonful of salt.

Step 3
Stir fry the meat until it's cooked, add chili and scallion, stir fry for a few times, then put a spoonful of soy sauce (better for weidamei), stir fry for a few times and you can get out of the pot.
