Stir fried pork with chili is a classic dish in Hunan cuisine. Many people never get tired of it, from snacks to big dishes.


500g lean meat
6 green peppers
2 garlic (sweet)
Moderate soy sauce (Advanced)
A handful of Douchi
Proper amount of sesame oil
Moderate amount of vinegar
Moderate salt


Step 1
Shred pepper and dice garlic. Shred the meat and color it with soy sauce (1-2 minutes)

Step 2
