Right amount of onion
Proper amount of sesame
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate cumin
Proper amount of chili powder
Proper barbecue material
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Directions
Step 1
Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, shredded onion, cumin, sesame, chili powder
Step 2
Wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut into thin slices
Step 3
Leave oil in the pot, add Pleurotus eryngii, stir fry until there is no water and set aside
Step 4
Add shredded onion, add Pleurotus eryngii, 2 tablespoons raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon old soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly
