2 pork loins
150g leek moss
1 / 2 red pepper
2 teaspoons raw soy sauce
8g sugar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Soak the pork loin in water for 30 minutes, remove the old root, red pepper and white tendon from the leek moss, and clean it

Remove the white fascia inside the pig waist slice and cut it into flower knives from the front

Cut leek moss into sections and shred red pepper; In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 8 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 3 grams of cornflour together for standby

Put the cut kidney flower into the boiling water with 1 tbsp cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch it for one minute, rinse it with warm water immediately, and then mix it with some raw powder. This step is the most important step to remove the urine smell of pig waist and make pig waist tender and smooth

Step 6
Stir fry leek moss over high fire until 5 mature; After cleaning the frying pan, reheat the cold oil in the pan, pour in the kidney flower and stir fry for 30 seconds

Pour in the mixed seasoning and stir fry evenly, then pour in the fried leek moss and stir fry for 30 seconds, turn off the fire, pour sesame oil, take it out of the pot and put it on a plate, and then sprinkle a little black pepper in the middle
