Grandma’s food is a dish that I must order when I eat in Hunan restaurant. It tastes very good. The package of grandma’s food I received can be eaten as long as it is fried. But the children in my family like meat. In order to make the taste of this dish more prominent, I specially add pork to stir fry with it. The taste is really wonderful.

Ingredients

200g pork
250 grams of grandma's food
1 red pepper
Pepper in moderation
1 green pepper
Appropriate amount of garlic
Moderate salt
Appropriate amount of water
Proper amount of cooking wine
Proper amount of sugar

Directions

Step 1
Get all the materials ready

Step 2
Pour Wang Lan Shu's grandmother's vegetables into the container for later use

Step 3
Wash and dice the pork. Separate the fat and lean meat

Step 4
Put the diced lean meat into the container, add salt, cooking wine and pepper, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Step 5
Wash the green and red peppers, remove the seeds and dice them

Step 6
Pour the Diced Pork with oil in a hot pan and saute until golden brown. Add some flattened garlic

Pour the diced lean meat into the pan and fry until it turns white

Pour in grandma's vegetables and some water

Finally, pour in green and red pepper cubes and stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes

Add some sugar and stir well
