This dish is made of dry cucumber. Dry cucumber is a specialty of Northeast China. Its color is light, but its taste is more refreshing.


500g dry cucumber
50g Chaotian pepper
1 tbsp oil
5g salt
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
10g sugar
2G monosodium glutamate
5g starch


Step 1
Main and auxiliary materials: dry cucumber, Chaotian pepper

Step 2
Cut Chaotian pepper into spatula pieces

Step 3
Remove the pulp of cucumber and cut it into pieces

Step 4
Mix the seasoning vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and starch together and stir well into a bowl of juice

Heat oil and saute chopped green onion
