Stir fried clams
The trick to making this clam is to stir fry it without adding water. It is flavored with onion, ginger and cooking wine, so it tastes very delicious.
Ingredients
200g flower clam3 scallions
1 small piece of ginger
Half a bowl of cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Step 1
Heat the pan with oil, add scallion and ginger, and stir fry until fragrant

Stir fry the clam constantly
Step 3
Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry
Step 4
Add sugar and stir fry to improve the taste. Dish and sprinkle with scallions
