Stir fried cauliflower is salty, fragrant and cuishuang. It is a favorite dish for my children. The method is also simple.


500g cauliflower
1 tablespoon salt
Half a spoonful of chicken essence
1 tablespoon soy sauce


Step 1
Break cauliflower into small flowers and wash
