Stir fried beef is a meal. The nutritional value of beef is much higher than that of pork and mutton
400g beef tenderloin
Half green pepper
Half a red pepper
Half egg white
30g millet pepper
5g chicken powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
A small amount of salt

Step 1Rinse and slice the beef. Marinate with salt, cooking wine, egg white, Lake powder, pepper, raw soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Step 2The seasoning is ready when the meat is pickled. Sprinkle the onions into lumps. Cut millet and pepper into circles. Cut celery into 4cm pieces. Garlic, ginger, ready.
Step 3Remove the celery by boiling water.

Step 8Add beef in turn, stir fry a few times, add celery, salt, sugar and chicken powder, stir fry quickly and evenly, and then put it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
