Stir fried beef is a meal. The nutritional value of beef is much higher than that of pork and mutton


400g beef tenderloin
Half green pepper

Step 1
Rinse and slice the beef. Marinate with salt, cooking wine, egg white, Lake powder, pepper, raw soy sauce for 15 minutes.
